This manual consists of 75+ policies and procedures compiled from the three property management manuals (Leasing & Marketing, Management & Operations, and Maintenance.)  This manual includes subjects such as OSHA, Expense Control, Non-Discrimination, Media Relations and Banking Procedures.

Each policy has the following:

  • Policy Name and Number
  • Customer Service Impact Statement
  • Policy in bullet point format (answers what is the policy?)
  • Policy Task breakdown (answers how do I implement the policy?)
  • Notes and Material needed for policy
  • Policy Forms when appropriate (attached for user ease)
